December 22nd was our two-month anniversary on the wait list. Carl was able to come home from Afghanistan for Xmas!!!! So while we were visiting our family in Massachusetts we decided to spend a day in Boston and conquer our first Ethiopian restaurant to celebrate! We went to the Addis Red Sea... It was unbelievable! The food was more than delicious. So if anyone is in the Boston area, I highly recommend you try it. Now I just need to figure out how to successfully make Injera, and the fine food to go along with it myself! We meant to take a picture of the food before we touched it but we didn’t remember until it was almost gone, Oops. It was THAT good=)
Now back to Waiting...and mastering Ethiopian cooking!
